Scottsdale-based Aread Inc. is advancing its Skyline Village master-planned community in San Tan Valley, south of Phoenix. The 300-acre development, located at the southwest corner of Skyline Drive and Quail Run, is approved for 1,150 single-family homes. Major homebuilders, including KB Home, Century Communities, and Ashton Woods, have purchased significant parcels within the community.

D.R. Horton Inc. acquired 140 lots within the Magma Ranch Vistas development in Florence, Arizona, for $16.2 million. This purchase is part of the larger 1,000-acre Magma Ranch master-planned community by Aread Inc., which will feature 3,150 single-family homes upon completion.
