Riggs Country Estate

In 1999, AREÁD developed a 50-acre land project into 89 residential lots in Chandler, Arizona. AREÁD sold Riggs Country Estate to Beazer Homes in 2002, which successfully sold all lots as high-end homes with a rural ambiance.
