Fieldcrest

Fieldcrest is located in Avondale, Arizona. In 1999, AREÁD developed all 77 acres into 279 residential lots, a community park, and 17 acres of commercial property. The residential lots were sold in late 2002 to Great Western Homes. AREÁD sold the commercial property in 2003 to Fry's Food Stores.
