Durango Park’s 553 residential lots were sold to several homebuilders, including Great Western Homes, Richmond American Homes, Hallcraft Homes, Brown Family Homes and Sunstone Homes by 2003. AREÁD sold the commercial property to Eckerd Pharmacy the following year.
